As I said in my first reply Word is not a good tool to do this. Word does
not work well with custom paper sizes, so you are going to have to use a
standard paper size and use a ruler to measure the CD booklet and
transfer
those measurements to the document to produce a document the size of a CD
booklet page - then you can use the method Suzanne linked to produce a
multi-page booklet. Word does not care what measurement system you use.
You
can insert inches of cm (or others) directly in any measurement box as
long
as you indicate what they are eg 5 cm 3" etc.
