size of that box.

the Cross-reference.
i am displaying Only label and number (i.e. Figure x) and i know one work
around would be to choose to display the whole caption initially (to
check)
then delete them and re-insert the caption as only label and number but
this
would be counter-productive (but maybe necessary!).
