In Word, click on Tools | Options | Compatibility tab | Font Substitution,
and choose what fonts you want to substitute for Calibri and Cambria.

I have Office 2003. When I open a Word 2007 doc, the default Word 2007
fonts display in Century Gothic. Can I/how do I change the default to
another font. Century Gothic is larger and completely distorts page
contents, increases the number of pages, etc. thanks

Rather than substituting a font, change Normal.dot file. You may want to use
Calibri sometime and can't because the system will always substitute.
