Default How to modify letters ?

Read the article http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Overbar.htm. It
describes how to use the EQ field with the \O switch to combine any
pair of characters. For example, you can create the field

{ EQ \O(e,?) }

The character after the comma should be the ogonek (02DB, Alt+X),
although it probably won't appear correctly in this post. When the
field is updated, the ogonek will appear below the e. You can replace
the e with any other character.

Save the various fields as AutoText or AutoCorrect entries so they're
easier to use.

How is the ogonek curl (01EB, Alt+X) added to o
using Insert Symbol ?
Using Times New Roman font and klicking Insert
and then Symbol OGONEK is not found in the
selection of combined diacritical signs. It is found
in the selection of modifying letters, but applying
this results the ogonek curl to appear to the side
of the o or e instead of beneath the letter to be
modified. I have found o-ogonek in the font called
Lucida Sans Unicode, but would like to have it in
Times New Roman.
