Default Word 2007 Table how insert table header row

If you need to repeat the table caption too, place it in the top row of the
table€”with "(continued) included. Select both rows and click the Repeat
header row button. One of Suzanne's wonderful pages describes how to use a
text box to hide the first instance of "(continued)". Let's hope she comes
back to tell you where it is.

Note: Once again MS has made the label of this option extremely misleading.
Neither this label nor "Heading Rows Repeat" on the Table menu of Word 2003
is anywhere near as easy to understand as whatever it was in some previous
versions (I forget the wording) that made it clear the the option was to
"Mark as a heading row." If this one even said, "Repeat as Header Row," it
would make more sense.
