I am using one of the fax cover sheet templates in MS word 2000 and
want to add auto-text. In the TO: field if I type the name of a person
or company I want the phone number and fax number fields to fill in
instantly. I'm sure there are several ways to accomplish this although
I can't find one in the Help section. Thanks in advance for either an
ingenious or obvious response.
