Default "Find file" by search for key words in contents or file name.

If you're using Word 2007 in Vista... "keywords" are now called Tags. You
can search for these using the search box in the upper right corner of any
file dialog box. To look for the keyword "book" for example, type tags:book
in the search box. To search file contents, type what you're looking for in
the search box. To search for matching file names, use name:[spec] where
[spec] is the file specification (e.g., name:*.doc, name:l*.docx, etc.).

If you're using Word 2007 in Windowx XP... I don't have any good suggestions
for you except to go directly to Windows Explorer.
