Go to Format | Columns, make sure "Whole document" is selected, and select
the One picture (even if it appears to be selected already). This checks the
"Equal column width" check box (which may not be checked by default) and
should solve the problem.

saying the "increase in the right margins is causing the column to become
uneven" and won't let me proceed. Also paper size keeps reverting to

certainly won't accept a "default" change request for the paper size.
The reason for the original change is due to the paper continuing to

"Letter" instead of A4 and I have checked Regional setups, we are in
Metric
and can't work out why I can't change measurements. Please help, if you
can.
