Or you could use the ruler, dragging the hanging indent marker back to meet
the first-line marker.

Ctrl+Q will work unless Hanging indent is part of the style currently
applied in the cell... in which case Ctrl+Q will simply remove any
extraneous non-style formatting, but will leave the hang. If that's the
case, click in the cell, choose Format - Paragraph (or press Alt+OP, and
in the Indents and Spacing tab, set Special: to (none).
