Default Word2007 bug: won't place picture correctly

I had actually already downloaded the Quimby book, noticing that it was one
page per sheet. Very similar to what I send to the printer, except that (a)
I center the pages and (b) I include crop marks.

Well, we'll get there eventually.... I'm just trying to get out the door

here.

I am also the writer. My creation of a book with many illustrations and

other
design features is greatly aided by having a running model. This I do by

folding
the two-page sheets. It is very easy to assemble the model -- no cutting

or
pasting. The cover likewise, on glossy paper. If I add glue to the edge

the
result is very much a book. The model in hand is a great aid to

designing
and the growing book is very motivating.

The one-page-per-sheet can easily be achieved, I'm sure. Word 2007 can
do anything, even crash.

Book example, recently pdf'd:

I've taken this book out of print but it sells (Ebay, Amazon etc.) for a

good
price. (The original was done camera-ready pre-computer.)

Yes, yes, I know, it's not a 2 page per sheet original. Bye bye.

Now, Suzzane, get up to date: buy Word 2007 and have fun :-)
