I have Doctors that use Word 2003 and Dragon (nuance) voice recog. The
initiate each dictation of a visit or procedure with lastname, firstname .
When they hit save or save as ( since it is a new file ) it only shows
lastname.doc. What would help thme emensely since hey type poorly and
understand typical computer useage less, is to have it select the lastname,
firstame.doc as the default doc name and hey will add the vist date.
Although the "," is a delimiter is ther a way to create a normal.do for them
to assist in this issue?
