Set up your Word Doc Appendix with your titles as usual, but leave the pages where you want the PDFs blank. Remember to insert a page break after each appendix to take you to a new page.
Convert your PDF to pictures. Google "PDF to JPG Conversion." The last time I converted a PDF, I used pdf2jpg.net.
All that remains is to put them into the document. Select the page where you wish to insert the PDF (now a JPG) and go to "insert" "photos."
A popup will appear inviting you to choose your pictures. Each page of your PDF file will have been saved as a distinct image, so enter a single image of a page or all of them.
