Default add a different cover page to document with a background picture

1. On the Layout tab of Page Setup, check the box for "Different first
page."

2. Then View | Header and Footer. The First Page Header will be empty.

3. Click Show Next on the Header and Footer toolbar to get to the Header,
where you will see the picture.

4. Select the picture and Cut.

5. Click Show Previous to get back to the First Page Header. Paste.
