Default Numbering & Outlining Combo

See http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numb...Numbering.html. You'll
need to add the zero to Level 1 as plain text. If you want the Level 1
numbers aligned on the period, you can set the alignment of the numbers as
Right. From your description, though, the default Left alignment is what you
want.

Please provide instructions on how to accomplish the following
numbering/Outlining format in Word 2003:

1.0 I love chocoloate
1.1 Only milk chocolate
1.2 Only Euorpean cholocate
2.0 I love milk

Also, I want the primary level numbers to be aligned so that the two-digit
numbers, starting with 11.0 are not closer to the left margin than the
single-digit numbers. Thanks for any and all help with this!
