Click ¶ on the standard toolbar to show nonprinting characters. Spaces show
up as a little dot between words. If there is no dot, but the printer
prints a space, it is probably the printer driver, holler to your tech
people. Make sure your driver matches the actual printer, and realize that
printer drivers can get corrupted, and that Word is highly sensitive to such
things.

If there is a dot where you didn't type one, check your keyboard.

the document is not justified and only sometimes do i print to a laser
printer - most of the time - i print to a network printer/copier that i have
never had problems with before - this has just started within the last 2
months - and has just gotten progressively worse.

I am having a problem with spaces inside a word that dont show up on the
screen, but when printed, there they are (example - all ow) i don't think
that it is the printer. All of my other programs are printing correctly.
Please HELP, Boss not happy with proofing - esp when i cant help it.
