I know that and you know that but sometimes the people we share files with
aren't terribly computer-savvy. I think it's better to save a file in the
older format if you know that a recipient doesn't have 2007.

Better still is for them to download the free compatibility pack for
legacy office. Not only will this let them read the new version but will
