Scan your signature into a graphics app and save it in a common graphics
format (GIF or PNG would be good for this). Use Insert | Picture | From File
to insert it into a blank Word document, then select it and save it as an
AutoText entry (preferably in the Signature style). You could also add it to
the template used to create the letters.

I send out lots of professional form letters sent to our cleints. Each one

slightly different. Is there way to add a signature that looks like my
handwriting to the doc. I also have my staff send out these letter that
require my signature. I am looking to avoid signing these letters every
day.
I can not presign a blank sheet of paper in a certain spot because we use
networked printers here and I do not have tray space in the
printers..Therefore it has to be on the doc.
