Default where is the show/hide button in microsoft word 2003

Ctrl+Shift+H toggles the Hidden property--not what you want at all.
Ctrl+Shift+8 toggles Show/Hide ¶. The button for this command is normally on
the Standard toolbar and has a ¶ icon. If it is missing, you can restore it
using Tools | Customize. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...oreMenuCmd.htm for general
principles.
