Extract the image from Word, take it into Paint, erase the lines.

For pictures that are filled to the edge, both solutions don't work well,

Cropping is then no option, because I lose a part of the picture.
And when I set the 3-D format settings to white, then a small edge of the
picture is lost. So the curves at the edge of the picture get a small straight
edge. That doesn't look good as well. I hope there is another solution. I'll
keep trying to find one.
