boheme :
i work for an opera company and need to compose a letter to a mayoral
canidate to request that we collaborate on pooling our resources and giving
him information on what we do educationally for the inner city schools and
our outreach programs. i'm actually the Box Office Manager and have no idea
what i'm doing. (my boss seems to think i'm capable). PLEASE HELP!!

If you don't know how to write your letters, what makes you think we
do? It should be obvious that we can answer questions about Microsoft
Word, but not do your correspondence for you.

So please ask your _specific_ questions about Word, if you have any.
("How do I write a letter" is much too vague. If you're at that
level, there's no shame in it, but you need a book to give you an
overview of how Word works before you can ask intelligent questions.
You'll find many choices in almost any bookstore.)
