I think I figured it out on my own - after going to
page setuplayoutdifferent first pageok
and removing the number from the first page with which the pleading
lines there also dissapeared,
I copied the pleading lines and numbers from the second page and pasted
them in t he first page - not sure if it's very exact, but looks OK to
me.
