Form fields are automatically marked with bookmark names, you may want to
change the name to make it more meaningful. Look at the field properties to
change the name. While you are there, check the option to "calculate on
exit." See http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm for the specific
answer to your question.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." For more
about online forms, follow the links at

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles.

Hope this helps,

I would like to automate a form that I'm creating, so that once I fill in a
form field, ie company name it will automatically populate itself anywhere
else in the form it is identified. I know that I can lable a form field
with
a bookmark, but how can I automatically insert the contents of this
bookmark
elsewhere in the form and have it happen automatically?
