- There you will find "Normal.dotm", open it (If you are getting any
"~$Normal.dotm", ignore it
- After opening Normal.dotm, remove that BACK SLASH
- Hold down SHIFT key and click on office button and then click on
"Save
All"
- Close word completely and reopen it
- Back slash should not be there
