Default Many sections, headers and footers keep on changing

Make sure that all your section breaks are "Next page," not "Continuous."
Also, if the exhibit number is somewhere on the page, you can use a StyleRef
field in the header and fooder and not need any section breaks at all.

I have a document over 300 pages long and every so many pages starts a new
section and therefor a new heading and footer. Header and footer have to
match each other, i.e., header: exhibit 31, footer: exhibit 31. Since I
have a very long document some how the header reads one way and the footer
another, i.e.,
exhibit 31, and the footer will show: exhibit 32, and it occurs

throughout
the entire document. I have about 50 exhibits, have to have them all
together. The numbers are typed in, no automatic numbering, but even so

the
headers or footers change as if the section break did not apply to both
header and footer. If you have experienced something like this and know

how
to avoid this please help me.
