Default saving envelope setup

An envelope template is the easiest way; there are several ways to create
one, but the way you have done it is a start. See
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/DetachEnvelope.htm. You might also want
to see http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envelope_layout.htm, which I believe
has links to some sample envelope templates.

Hi all,
I hope I am in the right discussion group.
Using Office 2003:
I have a user who wants to be able to easily type an envelope with custom
settings each time. (one or two envelopes at a time.)
She wants custom fonts and she must have a custom envelope size.
What is the easy way to save the envelope settings to a word document? I
tried setting up a template using word but you must click on add to a
document and then when it prints it prints a blank document page along

with
the envelope. I also tried to create a text box and just center it
correctly but the hp printer jams if the custom size of the envelope is

not
set. (the envelope is a 4.3 by 5.58)
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for any help on this.
