Default Loosing hyperlinks when I convert to PDF

What Graham said...

You MUST use the Adobe "Make PDF" macro button on the AdobePDF toolbar to
perform the conversion. It works ONLY in the PC versions of Word.

Acrobat gives you two other ways to save a document as a PDF: if you use
them, the hyperlinks won't convert.

Forgive my ignorance. . . I have the Acrobat add-in and have gone into the
conversion settings, but I am not able to locate the setting that allows
hyperlinks to be included in conversion. Can someone please direct me to the
setting that I am overlooking.

Thanks!!!

This only works if you use the Acrobat add-in to create the PDF and if you
have the appropriate options checked in the Adobe conversion settings. Adobe
PDF change conversion settings.

I've read this question in previous posts but it doesn't seem to be
answered except to say that the links should convert over to PDF.
They are not working when I convert documents. So I'm going to try
once more to see if anyone can clarify this issue.

I'm using Word 2002 and Acrobat 6.0 Professional. The Word document
contains cross references, and TOC page links that are not converting
over to PDF.

Are there some settings in Word that have to be made for the links to
convert properly to PDF?

Also, in older versions when I created a PDF from a Word document
that was created using Styles, the Styles drove the bookmarks that
were automatically generated in the PDF document. That is not working
either.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
