Default Document Information Panel

Thanks for reply.

Still am facing the problem...

My Infopath form is stored on the local machine that is on Desktop.
As per your reply i saved it at the trusted locations like
"C:\Documents and Settings\manoj_kumbhar\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates"
that are listed out in trusted center-trusted center Settings - Trusted
Locations
but this senario is also not working. still it is giving the same error
messege.

So is there any way to allow word having Infopath form which is tored on the
local machines (say in one of the trusted locations listed in a word Options).

Thanks
Manoj..

Where is the Infopath file stored that you are trying to open? Word is
trying to remain secure by only opening files from a trusted location.

If you go to Word Options-Trust Center and click the Trust Center Settings
dialog, then go to Trusted Locations, you can see the list of trusted
locations and either add a location or put your Infopath file in one of those
directories. (or on your local intranet if it is meant to track properties
for shared documents on a SharePoint site, for example)

Hi,

What i am doing is creating a Infopath form and adding that into a word's
Document Information Panel but word has a following restriction:
"The Document Information Panel template cannot be opened because it was
published to the local computer or an Internet or untrusted site. Install or
publish the template to a local intranet or trusted site and then try again."

do you have any idea about this?

Thanks
