Default Why afer printing a previously saved document am I asked to "s

I have Windows XP Pro. SP with Office Basic (although they seem to have
thrown in Powerpoint.) The printer is a network printer, an HP 4100 laser
printer. I have it almost every time, if with the dropdown of "File", but my
assistant only seems to have the problem when we use the macros that were set
up by our IT guy. Also, it doesn't happen all the time. I am convinced it
is Word. In fact I ahve another problem which I will post now with a new
post.
