When a customer uses the symbols in WordXP, they don't stick.
When he closes the doc and reopens it, the symbols show just as =
The symbol numbers are 2265 and 2264
The problem started after an upgrade from Windows2K to WindowsXP.
I am unable to replicate the problem on WindowsXP with Word2003.
Might this be a Windows issue rather than a Word issue?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
