Default how do I include an attachment with a merged email

I also recently posted a web page on my own site
http://www.gmayor.com/EmailMergeWithAttachments.htm which provides an add-in
that works in conjunction with the
http://www.gmayor.com/individual_merge_letters.htm add-in, to enable those
individual letters to be merged as attachments to email addresses in the
same data source.
