Well, most times they do, but sometimes they don't. Everything is working
right in the document itself, and there does not seem to be any difference in
formatting between the items that show up properly and those that don't - Ive
even used the Format Painter to make sure. I need this document to work with
the Document Map to make it simple for other users (including the company's
Exec. VPs) to find things in what will become a very long document. Anyone
know what I've done wrong and how to fix it?
