Hi Karen,

I have to copy a table that consists of several rows and
columns into another table cell. (The source table
consists of text & symbols.) When I use the
standard "copy & paste" - the source table overlaps the
cell in the destination table. How can I copy & paste
the source table into the destination table and set
margins around the table so I don't have to go in and
reformat, reformat, reformat? It overlaps the top,
bottom, left & right margins.

By "overlaps" do you mean what you've pasted disappears at
the cell margins? Or is it resting on top of the target
table? Which version of Word do you have?

Have you set the table rows and columns to a set size, or
do you allow them to automatically resize?
