accurate translation but when I was on Office 2003 Chinese version, I
could translate between English and Chinese without logging onto the
net. The english version office 2003 doesnt seem to have the
dictionary build in... (only French, Spanish etc)

Now how can I set it up to use the translation (proof tools)? So hope
its not so difficult for you to understand?
