Default remove capitals letters from beginning of line

The first letter in every line is in capitals. How can I stop this
happening?

Primarily, stop hitting the Enter key at the end of every line. Word is not
a typewriter; it will wrap the lines within a paragraph automatically. Press
Enter only at the end of a paragraph.

Second, if you can't retrain your fingers, you can go to Tools AutoCorrect
Options AutoCorrect and uncheck the box for "Capitalize first letter of
sentences". When you press Enter at the end of a line, Word thinks you're
starting a new paragraph, which implies that you're starting a new sentence.
Tell Word not to be so "helpful", and press the Shift key yourself when you
do start a new sentence.
