Word 2007 can work with 2003 format documents and this should not inhibit
the function of the Hyperlink to jump to bookmarks within the document.
CTRL+Click is the default setting for clicking hyperlinks.
Provided it is updated with the latest updates (current version is 8.1.6),
Acrobat 8 works fine with Word 2007 and should display an Acrobat button on
the ribbon to provide access to the commands.
Check Word Options Add-ins for the status of the add-in. If it does not
appear there re-install Acrobat. If it is disabled, re-enable it.

Hi!
I hope someone can help me. I am the only one that got a new
computer in the office, I should be happy right, but this new word
has been frustrating me for some time.
Problem #1: First off, maybe this is the problem and I don' t know
it, I am saving all my documents as a lower version of word, because
it seems no one can open the 2007 version. Second, I am sometimes
cutting and pasting from the 2003 version of word into this version.
Third, the actual problem, I cannot for the life of me create working
hyperlinks w/in a document. I do what I have always done in the
older version, which is create a bookmark, then I create the
hyperlink so it jumps to the bookmark.
Problem #2 I can't get this version of word to work w/my Adobe
Acrobat 8 Professional----disabling many of the functions that I used
to use.
Why can't I use these functions/applications anymore???
FRUSTRATED AND HELP IS DESPERATELY NEEDED!
