Default Newb Question on Tables/Forms

I don't mean to be disparaging, but you have answered plenty of questions
that were already correctly answered - sometimes several days previously.
Are you not seeing those answers? I am aware that the Microsoft Forum
interface is useless and often posts don't show for a while.

To protect the form, on the forms toolbar you should see a little icon
that looks like a lock.

Click that, save and close. You should be able to go back in to the file
and click on the checkbox.

Keep in mind that if you want to edit the form again you'll need to unlock
it first, edit it, then lock it again.
