Default CapsLock key does not disengage using Shift key anymore
CapsLock used to disengage by holding down the Shift key and typing the next
letter. It no longer does this. How do I get it back? re-typing the
CapsLock key first is a pain. Using Office 2007, and have recently installed
updates.
