Hi

I have a problem with the printing of Table of Contents in that it gets
corrupted and does not display the correct numbers. In fact the numbers
are ok for part of the TOC but it seems to stop at a particular point
and the numbers are then repeated

I have a solution when printing for myself that seems to work however I
want to put some of the documents on the web and I do not want the user
having the same problem as myself
