In the Modify Style dialog box

setting for "Style for following paragraph." Change it to "Normal" if
necessary.

I am keying text into a blank document and sometimes (normally after

carriage return and then a blank line) the style changes to Heading
1 and the
preceeding text is altered to have the font attributes etc of
Heading 1.
How do I stop this happening?
I always want to to stay in NORMAL style.
