I receive European Word docs that appear to attach their templates to my
existing Word 2003 doc files. I cannot re-set the size of the pages from the
larger European scaled sizes by following the normal procedure. Any ideas or
experiences?

I work internationally quite a bit, but your problem description doesn't ring
any bells. Can you be a bit more specific about the type of problem you're
seeing, and what steps you've tried that aren't working?
