Just go buy EndNote or some other bibliographic management program....you
are asking for specialized features that apply only to a small portion of
the user base.

Endnote.com
Procite.com
Refman.com

PS. Ibid's not so popular anymore...

Cross-referenced footnotes should appear at the bottom of the page that
includes the cross reference. Preference is to use the ibid format. For
example if footnote first appears on page 3 and a subsequent reference to the
same footnote is made on page 5, then the original footnot should be repeated
OR add an indicator at the bottom of the page indicating the page where the
original footnote can be found OR use the popular ibid reference format but
include the page number of the orogianl when the footnotes are not contained
in a footnote summary section at the end of the book or the end of a chapter.
