Default how do i put document in alphabetical order

Found this in the help menu:

Sorting
Select the list or table you want to sort.
On the Table menu, click Sort.
Select the sort options you want.
For Help on an option, click the question mark , and then click the option.

And Just so you know, it doesn't have to be in a table. It just has to be
separated by a specific character or a return, you can specify what you would
like to be the separating factor if you click the options button in the sort
menu.
