Separating Mail Merge output into different files
Hey Guys.
I need some help. I am creating these letters using mail merge from an excel
spreadsheet. The problem is that I need to create 100 2-page letters and the
output is one huge word document.
How do I perform this mail merge and automatically break it apart into
separate files? It is a nightmare to do manually. (And I worried about
updates to the template.)
Also is there anyway to automatically rename the new files as well using the
name field from the Merge. "Letter for NAME.doc "
