I have a document containing all my data. Theres about 5 columns. One
column is named €œPlan€� and another named €œCCs€�. I made a main document and
inserted the field €œPlan€�. I would like to find all the Plans (in the €œPlan€�
column) that have the name €œSmith€� in the €œCCs€� column. I tried clicking
€œFind Entry€� on the mail merge toolbar and typing the name €œSmith€� and
selecting the €œCCs€� column, while I am in the main document with the field
€œPlan€�. But I get a message that tells me €œThe search item was not found.€�
It is definitely there. Could anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks.
