Sorry for being somewhat unclear.

Within sections, you can, if you wish, apply different settings for the
first page of the section... as far as headers and footers are concerned. It
would be nice if the same could be said of margins.

When your section break, originally placed on the first page, somehow
arrives on page 2, the margins defined for the first section will be applied
to page 2 as well. With the suggested feature, this would be prevented. This
allows further different formatting for, say, the title page of your document.
