In the code, in the HEAD section put something like:
meta http-equiv="Refresh"
content="1;URL=http://www.addbalance.com/index.htm"LINK HREF="Rev"
The content value is number of seconds to wait before changing to the new
page. I don't know if you can set it to zero but you can try.
