Default Linking Sentences in Word Documents

Type the sentence in one document, bookmark it and, in the other document,
insert an INCLUDETEXT field that points to the bookmark. After changing the
bookmarked sentence, you can update the field in the other document. Also,
INCLUDETEXT fields allow you to directly edit the referenced text and then
press Ctrl+Shift+F7 to save the changes back to the source document.

For more on INCLUDETEXT fields, see
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/tblsfldsfm...ldscontent.htm (but, if
you are using Word 2007, note that the article may not yet be updated for
that version).

My boss would like me to link two sentences in two separate word documents
so
that when one document is updated, the other document automatically
updates.
Is there a simple way to do this?
