I assume that you have resolved all tracked changes and HIDDEN all of the
hidden text BEFORE you created the PDF?

That's essential: you are correct, Word paginates according to the text that
is visible at the time.

Adobe Acrobate Professional v 7.
Word 2003 SP2
Windows XP SP2
