Word 2007 only comes with a limited set of styles. It is up to people
who define a set of reference guidelines to actually implement a
stylesheet so the style can be used in Word 2007. Be it the
limitations of the Word 2007 bibliographic tools or the technology
unaware bureaucrats defining the reference guidelines, the fact is,
there are almost no extra bibliographic styles available for Word
2007.

If the style you require is an endnote style rather than a footnote
one, you could try to create a stylesheet for the bibliography
yourself. It's not that easy, but you can get some pointers in here on
how to do it.

If the style you require is a footnote style, the tools coming with
Word 2007 are of no use to you. You will have to either switch to a
third-party tool such as Endnote or do everything manually.
