How do I make a section link to certain sections
Link in what way?
Note that if you are referring to a header (or footer), it can only be linked to
its "neighbor" in the preceding section. But you can bookmark text that you want
to duplicate and then insert a cross-reference to the bookmark into your header
(footer).
